Lokrum Benedictine Monastery

The Lokrum Benedictine Monastery is located near the center of Lokrum Island, easily accessible by a pleasant walk from the island’s main dock. The structure itself is relatively well-preserved, featuring a simple, yet elegant, Romanesque-style church. The monastery's cloister is surrounded by a beautiful garden filled with Mediterranean plants, making it an ideal spot to relax and reflect. The boat ride to Lokrum takes about 15 minutes, and once you arrive at the main dock, you can easily follow the signs to the monastery.
