As of 2025, tickets are priced at 50 USD for adults and 25 USD for children under the age of sixteen. It is highly recommended to book in advance through the theatre’s website or your hotel activity desk, as the limited seating often sells out. The venue features tiered, open-air seating that ensures every guest has a clear view of the stage. There is a small bar area at the entrance where you can purchase refreshments and snacks to enjoy before the curtain rises on the evening's performance.

Since the theatre is an open-air venue, you should dress according to the season. During the winter months from May to August, evening temperatures can drop significantly, so bring a warm jacket or a pashmina. The theatre often provides blankets for extra comfort on chilly nights. The entrance to the theatre is tucked through Brooks Cafe inside the mall, and friendly staff are usually stationed at the main gates of the shopping village to guide you to the Ndlovu Theatre entrance.
