Located at 36 Hồ Tùng Mậu Street in Bến Nghé Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, the Bitexco Financial Tower is open daily from 9:30 AM to 9:30 PM, with last admission to the Skydeck at approximately 8:45 PM. As of 2025, ticket prices are estimated at around 240,000 VND for adults, with discounted rates available for children aged 4–12 and seniors; children under 4 can enter free of charge. The tower features a retail podium with shops, restaurants, and a cinema, as well as premium dining and entertainment options including EON Café (50th floor), EON Fine Dine (51st floor), EON Heli Bar (52nd floor), and “The World of Heineken” exhibit on floors 58–60. The Skydeck is fully accessible for wheelchairs and strollers. Visitors should note that food, beverages, tripods, and large camera equipment are not permitted on the observation deck, and light security checks are conducted upon entry.

Before visiting the Bitexco Financial Tower, it’s recommended to book your tickets in advance through platforms like Klook, Traveloka, or GetYourGuide to avoid queues, especially during peak hours. The best time to visit is in the late afternoon, between 5:00 and 6:30 PM, to enjoy both the sunset and the illuminated cityscape at night. Weekdays are generally less crowded than weekends. Most visitors spend about 1–2 hours exploring the tower, including time for entry and enjoying the views.
