Day 1: Cairo – Bahariya Oasis – White Desert
Your adventure begins at 07:00 a.m. with breakfast at your hotel in Cairo, followed by a pickup by your Nile Holiday tour guide and driver. You will then embark on a scenic 360 km drive (approximately 4–5 hours) to Bahariya Oasis. Upon arrival, transfer to a 4x4 Land Cruiser and continue to El-Heiz, a traditional Bedouin village, for a freshly prepared lunch.
After lunch, explore the striking landscapes of the Black Desert, the expansive sand dunes, the sparkling Crystal Mountain, and the dramatic Aqabat Valley on your way to the White Desert National Park. Upon arrival at the camping site, your team will set up your camp among the iconic white rock formations, sculpted over millennia by wind and sand. Take time to relax, walk through the surreal landscape, and enjoy a breathtaking desert sunset. Return to the campsite near Al-Heiz for an overnight stay, with dinner served at the camp.
Day 2: White Desert – Bahariya Oasis – Cairo
Wake early to experience the tranquility of the desert sunrise. Breakfast is served at the camp between 6:30–7:30 a.m., giving you a chance to savor your final moments in this serene environment. From 7:30–8:00 a.m., pack your belongings and help ensure the campsite is left clean.
At 8:00 a.m., begin a rugged 4x4 drive back to Bahariya Oasis, enjoying the changing desert scenery along the way. Upon arrival at the oasis around 10:30 a.m., switch vehicles and take a short break for refreshments or a quick optional stop at a local attraction. At 11:00 a.m., continue your drive back to Cairo, arriving between 3:00–4:00 p.m. depending on stops. Once back, you can relax, explore, or check into your hotel.
