The viewing platform is located in the heart of the City of London at 22 Bishopsgate. Entry is completely free, but you must secure a ticket through their official website. Operating hours are generally from 10.00am to 6.00pm on weekdays, 10.00am to 5.00pm on Saturdays, and 10.00am to 4.00pm on Sundays. Once you reach the top, there is a small cafe called The Counter where you can purchase coffee, pastries, and snacks to enjoy while taking in the views. The site is fully accessible with lifts and flat flooring, making it suitable for all visitors including those with limited mobility.

Booking in advance is highly recommended as tickets are released in blocks and often sell out within minutes. While limited walk in spaces may be available on the day, they are not guaranteed and are subject to capacity. You will need to bring a form of photographic identification that matches the name on your booking. Before entry, all guests must pass through an airport style security screening. Large bags and luggage are not permitted, and there are no storage lockers on site. For the best photography, try to wear dark clothing to minimize reflections on the glass windows when looking out over the city.

The most convenient way to reach Horizon 22 is by using the London Underground. The closest stations are Liverpool Street, Bank, and Monument, all of which are less than a ten minute walk away. If you are arriving via National Rail, Fenchurch Street and Cannon Street stations are also within easy walking distance. Numerous bus routes including the 21, 25, and 47 stop directly near Bishopsgate. For those who prefer a scenic route, walking from the nearby Tower of London provides a great transition from historic London to the modern skyscrapers of the financial district.
