The exhibition is thought-provoking and emotionally heavy, so plan enough time to move through it at your own pace. Large bags and food are not allowed, and flash photography is restricted. The museum is accessible with lifts and ramps. Monday offers free entry to the permanent exhibition, but tickets are limited and distributed on a first-come basis. Crowds are common, so expect lines, especially during peak tourism periods.

From central Kraków, you can reach the factory easily by tram, with stops a short walk away. The journey from the Old Town takes about 15–20 minutes. Taxis and ride-share services are also convenient and inexpensive by local standards. If you prefer walking, the route from the Main Market Square takes around 30 minutes and passes through interesting parts of the city. Parking in the area is limited, so public transport is usually the best choice.
