The Blue Lagoon had crystal-clear water, and Saklikent Canyon felt like a charming little village. The scenery was stunning, and we loved the peaceful riverside restaurants with ducks swimming nearby.

What an incredible day—this tour surpassed everything I had hoped for and delivered experiences I would never have found on my own. We began with breakfast at a scenic stop on the road to Fethiye. Upon arriving at the Blue Lagoon, our wonderful guide, Nur, showed us the way and then gave us free time to explore at our own pace. The lagoon’s crystal-clear water was spellbinding; I went snorkeling and was thrilled by the variety of fish. Next came lunch at a spot that felt straight out of Thailand or Vietnam—low pillows set over a gently flowing river, where we sat cross-legged while enjoying fresh fish. The setting was almost dreamlike. From there we headed to the canyon, where we had more free time to wade through refreshingly cool water and soak in the dramatic scenery. I’ve visited Pamukkale before—a Turkish natural wonder—but this place was on another level. Nur stayed organized, informative, and endlessly helpful all day, keeping us updated and offering guidance whenever we needed it. I’m truly grateful to her for such a fantastic experience.

I arranged this excursion before arriving in Turkey and wasn’t completely certain what to expect. However, our tour guide Beste truly exceeded expectations—she was incredibly well-informed, respectful, and fluent in several languages to ensure everyone felt included. Our first stop was the Blue Lagoon, which turned out to be even better than I had imagined, offering excellent facilities. We then headed to the gorge, which everyone enjoyed, including the children, as the water was cool and even safe to drink. The whole experience was relaxed—no one trying to sell you anything—and the food and beverages were reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this tour, especially for families. The coach was comfortable, air-conditioned, and had tinted windows, making the journey pleasant.

I had taken this tour two years ago, but I chose to join it again this year. It was a truly wonderful day, starting with a visit to Ölüdeniz, where we spent two hours relaxing on a beautiful beach with the famous blue lagoon. The sea was absolutely stunning. After that, we traveled on to Saklikent Canyon, where I enjoyed a walk through the gorge and cooled off in the chilly river. A tasty lunch was also provided at Saklikent. I’m very thankful that Beste was our guide once again—she also led the tour two years ago. Beste is an exceptional guide: professional, knowledgeable, fluent in English, and very approachable. She shared plenty of interesting facts about the locations and the country. It’s clear she truly loves her job, and the tour company is lucky to have her on their team.
