The felucca trip matched our expectations perfectly. However, the website said there would be a stop at the botanical garden, but that didn’t happen. A few days prior, Hoda from the agency kindly asked if we preferred a French-speaking guide, which was a thoughtful gesture. After the felucca tour, the guide even offered to take us to see the cathedral, which we really valued. It’s worth mentioning that we were given two bottles of water during the relatively short tour, while other companies don’t provide anything for tours lasting eight hours! Definitely recommend it.

After a bit of initial confusion with the pick-up and excellent communication via WhatsApp, we finally enjoyed our private felucca boat trip. Since our hotel was located on the Nile, we were picked up directly from the river, which meant no extra transportation was needed—a definite plus. Our guide was wonderful, skillfully steering the felucca, answering all our questions, and pointing out interesting sights along the way. The trip circled Elephantine Island and passed by the Aswan Botanical Garden. It was both enjoyable and peaceful. With the combined presence of a Sun Pyramids representative and the felucca captain, I highly recommend this experience.
