Frameless Immersive Art Experience

Frameless is open daily, though hours vary throughout the week. From Monday to Thursday, it typically operates from 11am to 6pm, with extended hours on Fridays and Saturdays until 10pm. Sunday hours are usually 10am to 6pm. Tickets are timed and should be booked online in advance to secure your preferred slot, with prices starting at approximately £28 for adults and £18 for children. The entire experience is housed in a 30,000-square-foot basement space and is fully accessible via lifts. Most visitors spend about 90 minutes to two hours exploring the galleries. After your journey, you can visit the on-site Café Bar for art-inspired snacks or browse the gift shop for high-quality prints and creative souvenirs.

To get the most out of the experience, it is highly recommended to wear comfortable shoes, as you will be standing and walking between the different galleries. Photography is encouraged and makes for incredible social media content, but please remember to turn off your flash to respect other visitors' immersion. If you are traveling with young children, the morning sessions are often more family-oriented, whereas the Frameless Lates sessions on Friday and Saturday nights are strictly for adults aged 18 and over. For those sensitive to light or sound, the museum offers specialized Chilled Sessions with reduced volume and brightness. Note that there is a small cloakroom available for bags up to carry-on size, but larger suitcases cannot be accommodated on-site.

Frameless is situated at 6 Marble Arch, right at the meeting point of Oxford Street and Hyde Park. The easiest way to reach it is via the London Underground; Marble Arch station on the Central Line is just a one-minute walk from the entrance. Bond Street station is also nearby, providing access to the Jubilee and Elizabeth lines. If you are traveling by bus, routes 2, 6, 13, 16, 36, and 74 all stop within a few steps of the venue. For those arriving from major rail hubs, Paddington and Marylebone stations are both within a ten-to-fifteen-minute bus ride or a short Tube journey. Because it is located at a busy intersection, public transport is much faster than driving, as parking in the area is limited and subject to the Congestion Charge.
