Waterplay features attractions like the world’s longest water slide, a lazy river, and wave pools. The park is open daily except Mondays and operates from morning until late afternoon. Tickets can be purchased online or at the entrance, with discounts available for advance bookings. Visitors can choose between different ticket options depending on the activities they wish to experience.

Visitors should wear comfortable sportswear and water-friendly shoes, as many activities involve climbing, sliding, and getting wet. Bringing sunscreen, a hat, and a change of clothes is recommended. Lockers are available for rent to store valuables. Food and drinks from outside are not allowed, but the park has restaurants and snack stalls. To avoid long waiting times, it’s best to visit on weekdays or arrive early on weekends.

To reach Escape Penang from Kuala Lumpur, visitors can take a domestic flight to Penang International Airport, which takes about an hour. From the airport, a taxi or Grab ride to the park takes around 45 minutes. Alternatively, travelers can take a bus from Kuala Lumpur to Penang, which takes about five hours, followed by a taxi to the park. Renting a car is also an option for those who prefer flexibility in their travel schedule.
